Delete Your Account

You can delete your Smartshelf account directly from the app, or by contacting us at any time. We'll remove your data within 30 days.

Delete from the app

The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside Smartshelf.

Open Smartshelf and go to the Profile tab

Scroll down and tap Delete Account

Confirm the deletion — your account and data will be permanently removed
Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll delete your account manually within 30 days.

Include in your email: the email address associated with your Smartshelf account so we can locate and delete it promptly.
What data gets deleted

When your account is deleted, here's what happens to your data:

Your account and login credentials Deleted
All inventory items and store data Deleted
Product images and uploaded photos Deleted
Activity logs and scan history Deleted
Anonymized analytics data Retained

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you're on a paid subscription, cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account — you must request deletion separately.
